Online Store Guide
The Information Difference offers a range of white papers, research reports and profiles for clients. These may be purchased via the online store. All prices are in US dollars. For your convenience we include below brief instructions for using the store. You can pay by most current credit cards (Visa, Master Card, … ) and also by PayPal if you have a PayPal account. Please consult PayPal in your country for more details.


Using the Store to Purchase Documents
Please click on the item which you wish to purchase and you will be taken directly to the store with the item you selected already placed in the shopping basket. If you wish to purchase several items click the Back button on the shopping cart page and this will take you back to your current page. You may then select another item from this page or click to another page and select an item from there.

In Step 1- Product Choice the item (s) you wish to purchase will be listed and you may need to enter the number of copies you require (0 if none) and then click on the basket icon to place the items into your shopping cart. When you have selected your items click the Go to Cart button which takes you to Step 2 - Shipment and Payment Choice and shows you the current contents of your shopping cart.

You can remove items by clicking on the cart icon . You can go back (click the Back button)and start again or clear the basket (click Reset Cart) by clicking on the appropriate buttons.

Once you have selected your items you should click on the Next button which will take you to Step 3 where we ask you to enter some customer details. Once you have completed the customer data form clicking Next will take you to the Order Summary. Please check this carefully. If this is in order clicking Next will take you to Step 5 - which will provide you with an order number. Clicking Pay Now will take you to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.

Full details of your order will be forwarded to you by e-mail (to the e-mail address which you have provided).

As soon as your payment has been verified by The Information Difference we will send you the document(s) you selected or your User Name and Password to grant you access to our website. We aim to respond within 48 hrs.

Returns/Refund/Cancellation Policy
The reports that we sell are sold in good faith. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, or have a concern that it does not meet you needs, then we will be happy to discuss this with you. Please quote your order number and send an email with this and the nature of the problem to info@informationdifference.com and we will follow this up with you on an individual basis.
