The Information Difference Online Store Guide

The Information Difference offers a range of white papers, research reports and vendor profiles for clients. These may be purchased via the online store. If you wish to purchase any item from the store you will need to have at least Club Membership. The initial fee for Club Membership entitles you to one free copy of a white paper or vendor profile of your choice. For your convenience we include below brief instructions for using the store. You can pay by most current credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Master Card, … and also by PayPal).

Using the Store to Purchase Documents or Membership
Firstly download the items you wish to purchase. These are password protected. Click the Buy Now button as appropriate and this will take you to the store. In Step 1- Product Choice the item (s) you wish to purchase will be listed and you will need to enter the number of copies you require (0 if none) and then click on the basket icon to place the items into your shopping cart. When you have selected your items click the Go to Cart button which takes you to Step 2 - Shipment and Payment Choice and shows you the current contents of your shopping cart. You can remove items by clicking on the cart icon . You can go back and start again or clear the basket by clicking on the appropriate buttons. Once you have selected your items you should click on the Next button which will take you to Step 3 where we ask you to enter some customer details. Once you have completed the customer data form clicking Next will take you to the Order Summary. Please check this carefully. If this is in order clicking Next will take you to Step 5 - which will provide you with an order number. Clicking Pay Now will take you to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.

Full details of your order will be forwarded to you by e-mail.

As soon as your payment has been verified by The Information Difference we will send you the key (s) to access your document (s) or your User Name and Password to grant you access to our website. We aim to respond within 48 hrs.
